Product price and configuration
Where a current price is shown as inclusive of GST, it covers the listed machine price; freight is quoted separately. Products marked “Price on request” need an individual offer. Sai confirms configuration, accessories, stock, HSN, tax and the final total in the written quotation.
Delivery review
Serviceability depends on the destination, access conditions, packed weight and courier acceptance. Door delivery is not guaranteed for every address. If hub collection is needed, Sai confirms the collection location and charges in the quotation before you decide whether to proceed.
Quotation and payment
Check the quotation version, validity date and complete delivered total in your account. The quotation remains subject to its stated terms and availability. Online checkout is disabled for this release; contact Sai for the approved payment arrangements after reviewing the final offer.
Warranty, returns and support
Warranty duration varies by model. Confirm the applicable coverage, exclusions, repair process, transport charges and cancellation or return conditions with Sai in writing before placing a final order. A catalogue warranty label is not a substitute for those model-specific terms.
Order tracking
Payment confirmation, dispatch and delivery are separate steps. Courier arrival at a hub does not mean the customer has collected the machine. Sai’s order updates and the courier tracking details help you follow progress; contact the team if an update needs checking.
