  1. 01Machine and supplyConfirm input power, polarity and that the machine is suitable for the planned material and wire.
  2. 02Wire pathCheck the spool, drive rolls, liner and contact tip match the wire type and diameter.
  3. 03Shielding gasSecure the cylinder, inspect connections and set the specified gas and flow for the job.
  4. 04Work returnPlace the return clamp on clean metal with a reliable electrical connection.
  5. 05Test and adjustMake a test weld on matching scrap before moving to the production component.
