- 03Confirm the power sourceCheck the electrode manufacturer’s recommended current type, polarity and amperage range before welding.
- 04Protect the consumableFollow the manufacturer’s storage and reconditioning instructions, especially for low-hydrogen electrodes.
Welding, thermal cutting, lasers and robotic systems can cause serious injury. Use trained personnel, correct PPE, guarding, ventilation and the manufacturer’s instructions.
